 locopups

Locopops (at 2600 Hillsborough Road) is now selling "pupsicles" for dogs -- frozen broth on a rawhide stick, and ALL of the proceeds go to Animal Protection Society which manages the Durham County Animal Shelter.

I've seen plenty of dogs taking licks from the Locopops intended for humans; I'm assuming I won't see quite so much of it the other way around.

Mmmm . . . frozen broth!

I was buying frozen treats for an event the other day, and you know what - the "frosty paws" for dogs are right next to the ice cream sandwiches for humans. I wonder if anyone has ever bought frosty paws for themselves. I don't know why, but I really, really hope so.

(ps - accide*tally didn't make it past your spam filter. what is wrong with the word de*tal?!)

hrm. i went back through the zillions of offending strings in my blacklist database, and whaddya know... "dental" was there. i guess i was getting a lot of dental spam at some point. i deleted it from the database. if i start getting tooth-related spam, pinky, i'm going to blame it all on you. ;-)
